Sunday breakfast

Scrambled eggs with fried mushrooms and baked tomatoes. Crazy delishious!

scrambled eggs:

8 eggs

2 dl cream

1/2 dl milk

salt & pepper

baked tomatoes:

8 tomatoes (or however many you need)

mushroom fry:

250g mushrooms

1 tbs butter for frying


1 tbs parsley



Preheat your oven to 250°C.

Put your tomatoes on a tray and bake for about 25 min, or until skin starts to crack. Chop up your mushrooms and fry in butter until golden. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Mix the ingredients for the eggs and cook over medium heat. Done!
